Tina Tuttle, MS, LCMHC

Tina earned her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Her passion for mental health began in high school while traveling both within the U.S. and abroad, where she discovered the richness of human diversity and the beauty in every person’s story. Inspired by these experiences and a deep desire to help others, Tina pursued a career in counseling with the hope of making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Tina works with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and PTSD. She takes a holistic approach, honoring the connection between a person’s mental, physical, and spiritual health. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy, Tina creates a safe and compassionate environment where you can feel truly heard and supported. Together, you’ll explore your thoughts and emotions, clarify your goals, and take steps toward greater healing, balance, and fulfillment.

Nicole Radcliff, MA, LCMHCA

Nicole earned her degree in Mental Counseling from Wake Forest University and has dedicated countless hours to supporting children, couples, adults, and families. Her history as a Marine Corps veteran and work in public policy gave her a unique view on how the world works and how to advocate for the people around her.

She has walked with clients through challenges such as trauma, PTSD, ADHD, ODD, and more. Additionally with life transitions in parenting, work, and relationships. Nicole believes every person’s story matters, and she values taking the time to truly understand each client’s unique background and experiences.

Nicole’s approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. She sees therapy as a partnership—a safe space where you can feel supported and empowered to grow at your own pace. Together, she will work with you to ease the burdens you’ve been carrying and help you discover a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable.

Brittney Long, MA, LCMHCA

Brittney earned her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gardner-Webb University and brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to her sessions. Her experience includes supporting clients through trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, EMDR therapy, and LGBTQIA+ topics. Brittney values getting to know each person’s unique story and uses that understanding to tailor therapy to your needs and goals.

Her approach is compassionate and empowering, rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and rewrite the direction of their life. Brittney creates a safe and encouraging space where you can explore your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and move toward a future filled with greater clarity, hope, and confidence.

Emma Shugart, MA, LCMHCA

Emma earned her master’s degree in counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University. She has experience in both community mental health and private practice settings, working with teens and adults navigating a wide range of challenges. Emma supports clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, women’s issues, relationship and family conflict, self-esteem, school-related stress, ADHD, and spiritual exploration.

Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and holistic. Emma creates a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring your experiences. She believes a strong, trusting relationship is key to meaningful growth and healing. Drawing from evidence-based and faith-informed approaches, Emma works alongside you to build deeper connections, strengthen emotional wellness, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Allison Wike-Medlin, MA, LMFTA

Allison earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in North Carolina. She works with young adults, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges, including grief, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional stress, and personal growth. Through her experience in community health, private practice, and hospice care, Allison has developed a deep appreciation for the unique experiences and strengths each person brings to therapy.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. Allison believes that healing involves caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and she creates a supportive space where clients can feel understood, encouraged, and empowered. Drawing from evidence-based practices and honoring each client's personal values and faith background, Allison works alongside you to build resilience, strengthen relationships, increase self-awareness, and move toward lasting healing and balance.
